Purvish Kothari

Mr Kothari  is the Principal and CEO of Kothari Management Corporation, an international consulting group specializing in Strategic Planning, Turnaround Expertise, Acquisition/Joint ventures and TQM.  An innovative result oriented executive possessing advanced business acumen and mastery of emerging technologies. General management and “hands-on” technical skills, both domestically and internationally. Extensive expertise in eBusiness capabilities, strategic planning and achieving operational excellence.   

Since 2008, Kothari has invested heavily in real estate transactions, in particular OREO properties, that financial institutions have wanted to sell  in the open market. Mr. Kothari has also developed very favorable relationships with builders and bankers and intends to use these relationships in helping acquire both residential and commercial properties . He has a MS in Industrial Engineering from University of Texas and has been in the past SVP/CIO/VP for various Fortune 500 Companies. 

Mr Shampine is the Managing Partner of Orion Capital LLC and the Managing Broker of Alliance Real Estate Group LLC, a boutique, full-service Colorado based real estate brokerage.  He has a very broad general management skill base in real estate sales, property management and mortgage finance operations.  Mr. Shampine has an extensive entrepreneurial history in a wide variety of industries and over 20 years of direct experience in the real estate industry.  He has a MS in International Business awarded from the University of Colorado.  Mr. Shampine’s background in entrepreneurship, sales, property management, mortgage banking, commercial finance, and real estate development help to provide a unique level of experience, analysis, and insight into the opportunities and their respective collateral that are identified for investment consideration.
